Valley Village Kollel Simcha Hall Rental Request
Please fill out the form to inquire about renting the VVCK Simcha Hall. This form is just an inquiry. All requests will be reviewed prior to approval.
Please note: Room rental is only offered for Shabbos events at this time.
- The only space that is rentable is the social hall room.
- There must be a full mechitza for the separation of men and women in any area of the event. (FAMILY ONLY seudas do not require a mechitza.)
- Food stations must be separate for men and women.
- There are no cooking facilities offered. All cooking requirements must be provided by the caterer.
- Any caterer must meet the kashrus requirements provided by VVCK.
- Room rental fee for a kiddush is $1,800.
- Room rental fee for Friday night and Shabbos Day Seuda, including Kiddush, is $3,000.
- If any rentals are brought to the VVCK building, set up is to be done the Friday prior to the event only. All rentals must be picked up by Monday morning following the event.
- The Simcha rental includes the social hall and two bathrooms. The renter acknowledges this and agrees to take responsibility during the event to ensure that no other facilities in the building are accessed or used by guests.
